These terms govern your use of Polymath Society (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Polymath Society is a private, local-first tool that helps you understand how you work by organizing data you connect and generating personal insights. It is provided for your own individual use.
Your account and connected data
- You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
- You may only connect accounts and data that you own or are authorized to use.
- Our access to your Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
Insights are not professional advice
Insights generated by the Service are for personal reflection only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or career advice. Use your own judgment.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polymath Society will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, if you violate these terms or to protect the Service.
